ProWriterz is known mostly for their name, but they provide more than a catchy domain. They do not have a lot of services to offer, but it seems that they are doing well considering some of the customer reviews and testimonials that we read. Others don’t see Pro Writerz in a good light, so we decided to look into the site ourselves so that we can analyze the pros & cons as well as compose a professional review for students who want to learn more about the company.

First off, the website looks poorly designed, giving us an idea of how much money they invested in the company. The company offers essays, research papers, course work, reports, critiques/reviews, dissertations, and term papers. They also offer additional services like editing and proofreading, annotated bibliographies, and theses. They also have a blog with educational content for students, but not much relevancy when it comes to writing services or writing assignments.

The website looks to be part of the Better Business Bureau (BBB), asserting that they are indeed a functional business. The quality of their service, however, is still up for discussion.

Quality of Products and Writing

From the moment you read the copies ProWriterz, you will see that the writers they hired to complete the website may not be as talented as the ones they are advertising. This gives you a clue about how they look at quality control – meaning they do not put too much effort into making themselves look good. As a writing service that looks to be a bad sign.

To confirm our suspicions, we decided to order course work for a collegiate level student. We made it difficult to see the level of expertise their writers could offer. We received the paper on time, but we were disappointed to note that the academic level was not what we were expecting. We asked for university level work and was given a paper that could have passed for a junior high school student’s assignment. Not only that, but the price they charged was significantly higher than what you would expect from a writing service.

When we talked to their customer service representatives, none of them could give us an explanation as to why the academic level was low. The last one we talked to promised a revision, but we refused. We already got what we needed in terms of quality and writing capabilities.

Pricing and Discounts

ProWriterz.com has very steep prices. That is one of the many complaints we read online. After purchasing our own, we can confirm that the rate is not worth the product. Their payment processes are up to date and secure. We confirmed that credit card transactions go through a secure payment processor and that the PayPal account they use is registered to their business account.

Students may find their rates chart confusing especially since the numbers are all over the place. Once computed, you will see the final price which amounts up to 2x the normal rate that is offered by other sites.

They offer one time discounts such as the coupon codes on their banners. The promo code gives you a 10% discount on your first order. They also have a discount for liking their Facebook page (3%), a discount for leaving a suggestion (12%), and a discount for leaving a video testimonial (15%). We chose the coupon code discount instead.

Extra Features

The samples on Pro Writerz are originally written. Most of them are high in quality, which is why we expected more from the writer they assigned to us. Their blog is a helpful space that gives students advice on specific fields of study, but it is too disorganized to give any real value to someone browsing. They also offer a special service for students looking for employment, in which they can order resumes, cover letters, curriculum vita, and more.

Final Recommendations

We give the site a poor rating because of their pricing structure and their inability to deliver what we asked for. Many students may have been scammed by their less than talented writers, but the site is not a fraud or scam due to their status at the BBB. All in all, we would not recommend ProWriterz to any student with their current level of service.
