These include essays, term papers, research papers, admissions documents, thesis and dissertation work, coursework, problem-solving, and other documents. They offer writing from scratch as well as editing and proofreading. We did not find any information on business copywriting, resumes, or CV. We presume those services are simply not offered here.

Quality of Products And Writing

We received our paper before the deadline. The writer did stick to the topic we selected. Unfortunately, it is a struggle to think of anything positive to say beyond this. The paper was full of grammatical errors, the information was incorrect, and the sources were poorly chosen. We do not believe our writer was a native English speaker. We certainly don’t believe they are qualified to write papers at the college level.

We attempted to work with customer support to solve our issues. Unfortunately, they were curt, impolite, and unhelpful. The entire experience was disappointing.

Pricing And Discounts

Starting at $10 per page JetWriters prices are very low. In fact, they may be too low. It is fairly clear they are unable to staff decent customer support agents or qualified writers. Raising their prices a few dollars per page to industry standards could allow them to improve quality significantly. There is no JetWriters discount page. JetWriters.com coupon codes may be unavailable because of the already low prices. To be frank, without better quality a JetWriters promo code would be fairly meaningless.

Extra Features

The problem here may be that there are too many extra features. This writing service features a very well designed website. There are samples and other extra content. There are even videos.  Visitors can count on blog posts and writing samples too. It’s as if they have spent so much time on the extras that they forget about their main reason for existing. If the focus of this review on JetWriters were additional features, the answer to the question, ‘is JetWriters legit?’ would be a resounding yes. Unfortunately, all of these great bonuses only highlight the fact that writing and customer service are so lacking.

Our final Jet Writers rating is poor. Is Jetwriters.com a scam? No, they are not. They do deliver a paper when you pay for one. Unfortunately, they just do not deliver decent quality writing or customer support. In spite of the fact that there are a few good JetWriters.com testimonials, the overall consensus is that this is a poor writing service for students.
