If this is true, then students can expect that their ordered products will be perfectly researched and written.

The company also states that every order will receive three professionals – a researcher if necessary, a writer, and an editor. Most writing services have writers and editors, and writers do their own research. We wonder how that really works when researcher and writer are different.

As to quality of actual products, here is what we looked at and found:

• We read several samples that Bestessay.com has published on its site. These were at both undergraduate and graduate academic levels. There were some obvious grammar and word usage errors, but the most startling features were the resource selections. They were old and, in some instances, far too elementary for college level research. One probable answer is that the samples themselves are quite old. In this case, Best Essay should publish far more current samples, so that customers can see what its most current writing quality is.
• Off-site customer feedback that is more current also speaks to quality of resources and composition, and there are a number of negative comments about these two things.
• Most all customers did state that their instructions were followed and that their products were delivered on time. In these respects, Best Essay is certainly reliable.

In terms of customer service, we did make two contacts, one by live chat and one by phone. The agents were friendly, polite, and certainly tried to be helpful. Some answers were a bit unbelievable, though. We were told that an entire dissertation could be completed in two days. Quality and lack of exaggerations are important to us, and they should be important to students too. As well, prices are too high for the quality received. Students who want good quality from Bestessays.com will have to pay more for the platinum quality. In all, we have assigned a rating of 2, on a scale of 1-5.
